Our founder, Mr. Alfonso Rossy Raíces, began his accounting career at LRPRC while attending university, sparking a lifelong passion for the field. He gained valuable experience in public accounting, achieving his CPA certification and advancing to Audit Manager at Deloitte, where he sharpened his technical and leadership skills. Later, as a CFO in the private sector, Mr. Rossy gained critical insights into the needs of businesses.
In 2020, Mr. Rossy leveraged his diverse experience to establish Numbers Consulting, LLC. By early 2022, he transitioned the firm into a full-service CPA practice, driving steady growth and leading the firm to its new office in the Midtown Building in Hato Rey. That same year, the addition of Mrs. Aimée Raíces further strengthened our team. Today, Numbers CPA is home to a team of over fifteen skilled professionals, including experts in audit and systems.

Management Team
Alfonso Rossy, CPA
Managing MemberCertified Public Accountant based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and has over 20 years of experience in the public accounting industry. Throughout these years, he has served both public and private clients in Puerto Rico and the US mainland. Over the course of his career, Alfonso has gained technical proficiency across a range of industries, including the public sector, healthcare, retail, and consumer business. For several years, he worked as an auditor in local accounting firms, eventually reaching the position of audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. He also served as the Director of Finance for a privately owned group of affiliates in Puerto Rico, which provided training and technological solutions primarily to entities in the education sector in Puerto Rico, Latin America, and the US. Additionally, he held the position of Assistant Secretary of Treasury and Central Accounting for the Puerto Rico Treasury Department from 2019 to 2020. He is currently a member of various professional and non-profit organizations, including the Puerto Rico Society of CPAs, where he served on the Board of Directors, and the AICPA, where he was a member of the Financial Literacy Commission and the Government Performance and Accountability Committee. Mr. Rossy's diverse experience led to the creation of Numbers Consulting, LLC in 2020. Recognizing an opportunity, he expanded the company into a fully-fledged CPA firm in early 2022. Under his leadership, Numbers has experienced steady growth, resulting in a move to a new office in the Midtown Building in Hato Rey and the addition of key personnel.

Aimée Raíces, CPA
Tax Compliance DirectorCertified Public Accountant with over 42 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. After graduation, she joined an international CPA firm (the “Big 8” at that time), where she attained the position of audit manager in charge of training for the audit department. Later, she served as comptroller for Volkswagen of Puerto Rico and as manager of a local accounting firm, overseeing the scheduling of the audit department. Between 1992 and 2022, Mrs. Raíces joined CPA Kermit Lucena and later became vice president of LRPSC. Her experience in public accounting includes retail, wholesale, manufacturing, leasing, mortgage banking, and nonprofit organizations. She has also provided litigation support services, including court appearances as an expert witness. She possesses vast experience in agreed-upon procedures, such as gross sales audits and factor liens reviews. Her work specialties include auditing financial statements, management and financial reporting systems, financial projections, and forecast budgeting, among others. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants, for which she served as Director and Treasurer from 1985 to 1986. Mrs. Raíces was also a member of the Puerto Rico Board of Accountancy from 2011 to 2013.

Christian Morales, CPA
Audit ManagerCertified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in multiple industries and roles. He has extensive experience in assurance, accounting consultation, and business advisory services. Christian has worked on a wide range of private and public audit engagements, initial public offerings, the implementation of new accounting principles, the design and implementation of internal controls, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists businesses in maintaining their accounting records, preparing financial statements, and managing federal and state tax reporting. In addition, Christian helps clients with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax representation, including examination and collection matters.
